Returns and Refunds

By law in the U.K. you have a 14 day cooling off period in which you can request a refund and return your goods. If you no longer wish to keep your items then please return  your goods to:  Unit A, James Carter Road, Mildenhall,  Bury St Edmunds, IP28 7DE, UK. You can request a return and a refund from your customer account. Please ensure that all returns are packaged well and preferably in their original packaging. If goods arrive damaged then an extra charge may be incurred. All returns are at the cost of the customer.
